everything is included! Furnishings, bed linens, bath towels, all kitchen amenities, utilities, basic cable, parking.
Although utilities are included (gas and elect) in the cost, there is a $100 cap combined per month. anything exceeding this amount is the responsibility of the guest.
The only things not included are: laundry facilities and internet!
Price determines length of stay and number of people.
